A true Leader is very often the one not sitting in front.
I’ve often found myself in positions where I had to take ownership - sometimes formally, sometimes simply because something needed to get done.
Whether coordinating projects, supporting peers technically, or structuring work so it actually moves forward, I focus on clarity and follow-through.

For me, leadership isn’t about titles. It’s about stepping in, organizing chaos, and making sure the work gets delivered properly.
